| Q. What is an HFHS Corp ID? |
| This is the unique portion of your HFHS email address (hford15 is the Corp ID from the HFHS email address of hford15@hfhs.org ). You also use your Corp ID and password to login to Epic.
If you do not have a Corp ID, your Manager can submit an Access Request Form for you to receive a Corp ID by visiting the IT Support and Training link off of the OneHenry homepage |
| Q. Who will use only Employee ID and HR password? |
| HAP Employees will continue to use their Employee ID and HR password to login. Radiology, OptimEyes, or other employees that do not have an HFHS Corp ID will continue to use their Employee ID and HR password to login. Future communications will be posted regarding any login changes for HAP, Radiology, and OptimEyes employees that do not have an HFHS Corp ID. |
